The product range includes metal and nylon cap assemblies for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) as per design drawing specifications and for the replacement market through retail customers.

All TVS radiator caps are of rugged design, requiring no adjustments.  All parts in contact with the engine coolant are made of non-corrosive material such as stainless steel or commercial quality brass.  Special gasket compounds have been developed for the valve which withstand high temperatures and all standard antifreeze/coolant solutions.
